I love my weighted hula hoop as a fun way to work my core. If you have “hoop skills” from your childhood days, you too will love this. They’re not too expensive, and you will see a difference if you use it regularly. It’s something you can do while catching up on your latest podcast or Netflix series. The island of Maui is one of our favorite family vacation spots. We discovered this peanut butter about six years ago and have now turned all of our family and friends onto it. Once you try it, you’ll never go back to your store-bought brands. I love that they make it from only two ingredients: peanuts and coconut. It’s more pricey than the store-bought brands, but trust me, it’s worth every penny! You can save on shipping by ordering six of the large jars, plus your friends will love you for sharing. I also love that they support our troops and send their goodies overseas to our men and women on deployment.

We’ve had our bike for three years now, and we love it! This bike will be a life-changing addition to your workout routine. Since I’m a group fitness gal, it will never replace the “community” of group fitness classes, but boy, has it been a life-saver as our gyms are not open due to COVID-19. It’s perfect for anyone who has trouble fitting “getting to the gym” into their schedule, as you can work out any time that works for you. Peloton has a great variety of instructors, and they’re all experts in getting you to engage in their community, compete with and encourage the other riders. All of these things are to help you adhere to your exercise program, and they work! I love that you can even choose classes based on the playlists since, for me, it’s all about the music. Even if you’re not a “cyclist,” it’s a great way to increase your cardio, and you’ll get access to all of their other workouts; Strength, Yoga, Cardio, Meditation, Running, Outdoor, Walking, Stretching, and their Bootcamp classes. I’ve never really enjoyed running, but Matty’s playlists and coaching on the outdoor runs have helped me become a runner! Follow me on the Peloton app @wellbodyandsoul.
